Children (3-10yrs) sharing room with parents stay at half price. Please note that while 1 young child can be accommodated in a travel cot, single bed or on a sleeper couch in the room, if there is more than 1 child they may have to be accommodated in a separate room depending on their ages (generally 11 years and above).
Payment Terms & Conditions
Cheque deposits, electonic format must be received within 5 days of booking.
Visa or Master Card deposits will be processed at time of booking.
The deposit is applied to the last night's stay and forfeited if guests arrive after the date specified or depart before the final date of the reservation.
The deposit for a 1-2 night stay is 1 night's rate. For 3 or more nights, it is 50% of the total fare.
Cancellation & refund policy: Deposits will be refunded (less 10% administration charge) only if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival date. We will only give refunds on shorter notice if the relevant room is subsequently booked.
